As she cried alone, her wings disintegrated into a puff of feathers, raining down from above. Her golden halo lost its glow, slowly shattering into pieces. The whole time, the room flooded with her tears. If only she knew it wasn't the end of the world. If only she could just open her eyes, blink away the tears, take a deep breath and turn her head behind her, outside the room, for there would always be a chance to change the dilemma into something better, something like standing up again and facing a new world. Even if she had fallen, it would be better to stand up than to drown herself in her sorrow, and be gone forever.
